Why am I not able to type in my email on login

We have had some reports from users who don't seem to be able to type in their email when attempting to login.

This started at the beginning of March in 2025.

We are collecting information about what the environment users have which might be causing this.

How you can help by provide us with your environment:
    1. Device - Phone, tablet, laptop or desktop
    2. OS - Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac OS, Android, Iphone, Ipad
    3. Browser - Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave
Potential workarounds:
  1. Some users have found they can type blindly - that is type in the email and not get feedback with the typing is done and then click the "Continue"  button.
  2. Some users have found if they have another application (Notepad) they can enter the email in that application and copy the email then paste it into the field - may not show up but can click the "Continue" button
